Good to know
- Use freshly squeezed juice — bottled tastes flat.
History
A dressed-up take on the Margarita, this version leans on Grand Marnier in place of, or alongside, ordinary triple sec. The cognac-based orange liqueur adds a rounder, richer edge to the classic tequila-and-lime sour. It is a small tweak that gives the drink a more luxurious feel. The core Margarita balance stays intact.
