No long sign-up quiz. Open Mixlio and scan your first menu straight away. If Mixlio doesn't know your taste yet, it asks a few fun questions, just once.
Nothing about cocktails. Think candy, chocolate, crisps, coffee and a little spice. Then pick the spirits you love, and Mixlio keeps them in mind on every menu you scan after that.
Out comes your own taste profile, and your drinker type. Six types, one of them is you.

Snap the menu, that's it
At the bar, open Mixlio and take a photo of the cocktail menu, or pick one from your photos. Mixlio reads every drink on it: the name, the ingredients and the price, even on a long or fancy menu.
Drinks appear one by one as they're read, in a few seconds. Bigger menus take a little longer, and Mixlio tells you it's still working.

Every drink, ranked for you
Each cocktail on the menu gets a match percentage against your profile. Mixlio weighs how sweet, sour and strong the drink is, its style, its base spirit and its ingredients, all against what you like.
Prefer to browse? Sort the menu by price, sweetest, sourest, booziest or name, and filter it down.

Every rating makes the next menu smarter
Tap I ordered this and the drink goes to My Drinks. Later, tell Mixlio how it went with one of five ratings. This is where Mixlio really learns you: your ratings move your sliders, your styles, and even the spirits and ingredients you like or avoid.

- Recent ratings count more. A rating loses half its weight every six months, because taste changes.
