01Who can use Mixlio

You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use Mixlio. Mixlio provides drink recommendations for personal, informational use only, and is not a substitute for your own responsible judgement about alcohol.

02Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

03Free scans and Premium

• Free accounts include a limited number of menu scans in total. Once used, further scans require a Premium subscription.
• Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offering unlimited menu scans, sold as a monthly or yearly plan.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Mixlio, including by attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, or by uploading content you have no right to upload.

05Recommendations and accuracy

Mixlio reads menus from photos using automated processing and generates suggestions. These may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying any drink, ingredient, or allergen information before ordering or consuming.

06Intellectual property

Mixlio and its content are owned by Kemal Can Sarı and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

07Disclaimers and liability

Mixlio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

08Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mixlio after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
