History
A fruity late-1980s New York creation, the French Martini blends vodka, black-raspberry Chambord and pineapple juice into a frothy, deep-pink drink. It rode the era when almost anything served in a V-shaped glass earned the "Martini" label, despite containing no vermouth. The French liqueur gave it both its flavour and its name. It has aged into a nostalgic modern classic.
