Created byGosling’s (trademarked)
Bermuda's signature highball layers dark rum over spicy ginger beer, its stormy name capturing the dark rum clouding up through the fizz. It dates to the early 1900s, when Gosling's rum and local ginger beer were both close at hand. Gosling's has since trademarked the drink, specifying its Black Seal rum. Squeeze in lime and you have a Bermudian classic.
