History

Year2003
PlaceSan Francisco, USA
Created byMarcovaldo Dionysos

Marcovaldo Dionysos built the Chartreuse Swizzle in the early 2000s in San Francisco, putting green Chartreuse front and centre. Pineapple, lime and falernum tame the herbal liqueur, swizzled together over crushed ice. It helped rekindle bartenders' love of Chartreuse in cocktails. A striking, aromatic modern classic.
