History
Dick Bradsell created the Bramble in mid-1980s London at Fred's Club in Soho. Built on a gin sour, it is finished with a drizzle of blackberry liqueur bleeding down through crushed ice. Bradsell wanted a very British drink, inspired by childhood blackberry picking. It became one of the most influential cocktails of its generation.
